our DC 4" Shakey Worm is flat and robust enough to accept any style of shakey head jig. The DC
4" Shakey Worm's body thins out providing superb finesse action while the tail produces a very
subtle action. The DC 4" Shakey Worm is a fantastic drop-shot worm. Shakey Worm fishing is often
described as lead-head jigs combined with short plastic fishing worms that are gently "shaken" to
create an image of a bottom feeding creature.
Shakey Worm fishing is a bit like drop-shotting. It's not intended to be used as a
"search" or "power" technique but rather one of finesse used when the location of bass is known,
but for whatever reason they will not bite. Our floating DC4" Shakey Worm works very well in pre-
and post-spawn, after summer cold fronts and during winter when bass tend to go tight along bluffs.
